You went to Mackinac Island?? That's pretty much one of my all-time favorite places to visit ever, but I haven't been able to go in years.

It was awesome! I have family in MI, but it's been almost 20 years since I last went back. It was on a Friday, so it was pretty packed. Once we got passed the touristy main street part (which was pretty crazy), it was like taking a step back in time. Gorgeous. We got to see a wedding take place, and my dad and DH took a ride on a tandem bike together.
The flowers were in full bloom and the weather in July was amazing.
Have you ever been to Bronner's in Frankenmuth? It's the world's largest Christmas store. We also stopped by there. My favorite place ever. DH did not like it so much - he said it was like the IKEA of ornaments and about had a meltdown.
