Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I can't be the only one frustrated today!

Dear Banks,

Why do you have to be so difficult to deal with? We're trying to comply with YOUR mortgage instructions for our client... why do you first, have no idea what i'm talking about in relation to YOUR instructions and second have to pass me around to 6 different people who still don't have any idea what i'm talking about?

And finally, WHY when I call a LOCAL number do I still get routed to a call centre in who knows where????

    Please help me understand why it has taken you a month to finally start working on our album that you asked for the photo choices a month ago.  Also please help me understand how it is possible you "lost" not only our photo choices but all of our photos (not even kidding!).  Now I have to send you all the photos myself, hope that you actually do it this time and still maintain my sunny disposition that I went in with for today!

     Do you really need to have us students purchase multiple textbooks for your class, and do you really need to mandate that they be the newest editions with online code so it's impossible to buy them used or rent them.  Do you realize for my 4 classes I have to purchase over $1200 in books and my tuition was only $1600?
