I was on the stay at home mom's board looking for some insurance question answers and clicked on a work from home thread. One of the women on there said she works for tutors.com. I was interested and went to their website. They are hiring tutors for the current school year. She said she works 5 hours a week but you can work up to 30 hours a week. The information below was on their site. I know they have tutors for every subject and they said they would give preference to those who could tutor more than one subject. I love that Accounting is listed as well as Finance. I'd love to apply right now but between my full time job and school I'm too busy. But next year I'm definitely applying.
Tutor.com is currently accepting applications for the 2012/2013 academic year.
Preference is currently being given to applicants who can tutor any of the following subjects:
- Accounting
- Algebra 2
- Calculus
- Chemistry
- College Essay Writing
- College Statistics
- Economics
- Finance
- Geometry
- Physics
- Statistics
- Trigonometry
