I wrote my first BAD review on Trip Advisor this morning. When it comes to websites like that, I tend to take the approach that if I can't say something nice, then I shouldn't say anything at all.....but I got so P!SSED this past weekend that I couldn't resist.
And now I feel all sorts of nervous and weird about it.
Re: So this is ridiculous
my bookshelf!
Bloggy
The spa attempted to jerk me around on pricing and then attempted to make me feel like a cheap bastard because of it. I am sorry, but I know of NO ONE that is okay with paying $300 for spa services when they know the person in the room next to them is paying $140. When (or, if) the review is published I will send it to you.
I am getting all sorts of p!ssed off again just thinking about it.
Yes, I agree. I NEVER give bad reviews. Ever. I just won't give a review. But I think the hotel needs to know what happened. I did address the issue with the spa manager and her response was "Well, at prices like these, our employees don't make any money." That isn't my problem and that should NEVER be said to a customer. Ever. Oh, I could go on and on.
