Those who have done Zumba
Is it super high intensity or is it a pretty standard aerobics dance type class? Rec and parks is offering a class near my Mom but she's on the fence as to whether it will be too hard. She's used to Jazzercise and BioAerobics if that helps any. TIA!

Mostly dance. The only class that uses the little toning sticks is "Zumba Toning". You stretch at the beginning and the end, dance the rest of the time.
