Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. 1 pack of Gnochi
1 Red Pepper
2 tomatos
Garlic (Whole or chopped, as much as you like)
Red Pesto
1. Pre-heat oven to 200C
2. Cut red peppers into small pieces and put into a oven pan
3. Quarter tomato and throw into oven pan
4. peel and chop, crush or whole into oven pan
5. Roast in the over for 20 min or so
6. Boil Gnocchi and add pesto to the roasted veg and mix well
7. Drain Gnocchi and add the veg. Serve!

Red pesto - I think its like basil, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts etc...but I just buy mine in a jar...so much easier!!
I am not sure if you can buy it in the US or Canada?!
Is "Red" the brand or the color?
