It's almost Fall, can we talk about boots?
Do you wear boots a lot in the Fall/Winter? What style/color are they, how many pairs, etc?
I'd like to get a nice casual pair of boots (black preferably) that I can wear with jeans. I have a pair of knee high boots that I LOVE but they kind of don't fit me because I can't zip them (
) and I have a pair of ankle boots that are just okay. Any suggestions? I hate shoe shopping!!

Re: It's almost Fall, can we talk about boots?
I have a favorite pair that come to just below my knees, are gray suede and semi-slouchy but not too bunched up and thick, and really comfy. I lucked out and got them at Kohl's for like $30. But this was like a year or two ago.
I love boots. I love boot shopping. But I am very particular when it comes to boots with heels because I feel like there is a very fine line between cute and hooker-ish.
I had been on the hunt for riding boots for years (literally). I have super skinny chicken legs, and they were impossible to find. They were always too big around my calf. Finally, last year, I caved and ordered some Duo Boots when they went on sale at the end of the season. (still expensive though, but hopefully worth it for boots that actually fit me nicely).
By the time I got them, I only had a month or so to wear them before spring, so I am excited to get more use out of them this year...
I bought my first pair of boots ever last year. I had been talking about getting some for years so when I saw a super cute pair on sale at Kohl's, I splurged. They were $90 on sale for $40 so I really could resist. They are almost knee high, dark brown faux leather with a heel.
This year, I want to get a more casual pair without a heel. I'm a sneakers and flip flops kind of girl so I prefer flats.
I LOVE boots!! I need more pairs. Mine are dying so I need more pairs. I have one pair of good light brown leather riding boots (not dressy at all) - I love them. They are comfortable and casual but still relatively chic. My brother got them for me ha. Then I have a few pairs of cheapo boots (grey suede ones, fake leather ones in black) but I am kind of over them.
I want a pair of slightly dressy camel colored boots, and a nice pair of black boots as well. I think I may finally be ready to try some ankle boots too!
Right now I have 5 pairs of boots and one more on the way from Justfab. I love love love boots and can't get enough of them. I have a pair of black ankle boots that I wear with jeans. I have a pair of black and pair of brown (same shoe) that I wear with skinny jeans and they are just below the knees. I have another knee high black pair that are tighter that I wear either under jeans or with a dress. I have a mustard camelish color from justfab that are fabulous and I just ordered these...

These are the others I just got from justfab...
I usually have a hard time finding boots because of my calfs too.
