If anyone is actually lurking around the boards this afternoon... what are your plans for the weekend? Anything fun?
Tonight: We are going to see Big Bad Voodoo Daddy at Chastain Park which pretty much guarantees it is going to rain on us. We have had bad luck with concerts at Chastain.
Tomorrow night: Cocktail party for Azlyn's school followed by dinner out with friends.
The rest of the weekend will hopefully be spent working with DH to get the house organized.

The only thing we have planned is going out to dinner this evening with some family and friends.
DH will be working all weekend, so I will probably take advantage of the opportunity to just lay around and read some.
tonight: carb loading for DH
tomorrow: DH is running his first 5k in the morning. i'm hoping to cheer him on but i'm not sure how that will work. then, we have a couples wedding shower later in the day that i'm kind of giving the side eye to. it's an open house type where you drop by with your gift and they will open any new ones every 30 mins. there will be no food/drink provided. and gift cards are appreciated. oh and the bride is hosting it!
sunday: the dads might come over and start painting the nursery!
