Which house would you buy and price is about the same?

Need your opinions. I am in the market to buy a home and i'm being indecisive.[Poll]

  • I voted for the closer house because you cannot change distance. But, you can add your own WOW factors as you see fit and as the budget will allow.
  • 12mins is definitely not bad! Wow factors can't always be found and if you can get your wants AND your needs then go for it! Especially if its for the same price. GL!

  • How are the values of the homes 12 minutes away? Need to look toward the future and resale if you are thinking of this as a short term (5-10 yr).

  • 12 minutes closer = 24 minutes less in every workday = 2 extra free hours/week = 104 hours (equal to a 2-1/2 week vacation)/year.  Maybe you enjoy driving and this isn't a problem, but it's something to consider.
