I know we haven't done this in a while but anyone care to share any good recipes? I have gotten some great recipes from you ladies and think we should continue doing tasty Tuesday.
I am making slow cooker enchiladas today. Never made them before so I will have to report back tomorrow or later tonight. I just put two huge chicken breasts in the crock pot with a jar of salsa, taco seasoning, 1/4 cup water, a can of cr. of chicken soup, some shredded mexican cheese blend, and a little bit of cumin. Then when it's all cooked I'm going to roll it up in warmed up tortillas, top with some of the salsa mixture, chopped tomatoes, and sour cream. So I didn't really follow the recipe but it was a good base to start off of.

Re: Tasty Tuesday anyone?
I made these muffins last week. I am trying recipes and freezing them because I am going to try to have a freezer full of meals before this LO is born. These muffins were so yummy, but I haven't tried a defrosted one yet.

The only change I made was in the crumble topping. I don't think they need anything on top.
I made my yummy potstickers! They're on my blog.

I made this very rich dessert last Friday. It is called brownie delight. Positively sinful!

yuuuum those brownies look so delicious! All of these recipes look great!
The enchiladas were ok. I didn't follow the recipe very closely but I wouldn't rate them as that great. Very easy to put together in a pinch though.

The honey lime enchiladas or the crockpot enchiladas? I made the crockpot ones but haven't tried the honey lime ones yet.
