We haven't done these in a while. I have been eating the same boring things for a while so I would love some inspiration from you folks. Those chicken sliders look tasty! What else ya got?
Re: What's cooking?
Sunday- out to sushi dinner with family
Monday- grilled porkchops, sweet potatoes and roasted broccoli. DH does some type of rub then tops with bbq when almost done grilling, i wish I knew what because they are delicious, I will try to find the link for his inspiration
Tuesday- mom's birthday dinner at my house (since my kids are monsters in restaurants and Sunday was a disaster).... which was gnocchi with broccoli rabe per her request, salad and garlic bread. Also made this cake and topped it with a peanut butter cream cheese icing. ah-mazing!

I am trying to get back on the meal planning boat, especially now that the little one is eating table food with us.
Sunday - I roasted a chicken with homemade stuffing and glaxed carrots.
Monday - Turkey Sloppy Joe's (http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/rachael-ray/sloppy-turkey-joes-recipe/index.html) with mac and cheese.
Tuesday - used left over chicken to make enchiladas with Trader Joe's yummy enchilada sauce. DD got some leftover chicken and some of a cheese quesadilla.
Tonight - hopefully pork tenderloin on the grill with mashed potatoes and a veggie.
Thursday - leftovers, Friday - Union game (so dinner out) and then I haven't gotten to this weekend yet.
Sun - my first (and last!) attempt at making chile rellenos, mexican rice, mexican corn on the cob (grilled and slathered with chili powder, sour cream, cojita cheese and a few other ingredients - delish!)
Mon - eggplant parm, sauteed bok choy
Tue - beet, goat cheese and walnut salad, black bean and zucchini enchiladas
Wed - leftovers - Mr.D is out tonight
Thur - probably salmon and a veggie or two from whatever comes in the CSA that day
Fri - something with ground beef
I'm also apparently a glutton for punishment as I requested 25 lbs of plum tomatoes from the CSA so I could can them. Hopefully I'll do that Sunday.

I was just scouring my pins to see if anything tickled my fancy. Nada.
Sunday - I made cheese steak stromboli. It was my first meal of red meat this entire pregnancy...heaven.
Monday - honey mustard pork tenderloin and a veggie/potato foil packet on the grill
Tues - leftover stromboli
I'm hoping to convince DH to go to the bar up the street tonight for their clam bake special.
We'll have leftovers at some point, too.
I'm in the midst of trying to get out of a rut! We've been eating like the same 5 things over and over. I've been back on Pinterest this week and managed to jazz things up:
Sunday - Turkey Sloppy Joes
Monday - Poached chicken -> Mini chicken pot pies
Tuesday - Poached chicken -> Buffalo chicken sliders
Wednesday - Meatball Grinders
Thursday - Leftovers
Friday - Indian Takeout
Saturday - Clams and linguini
Not the healthiest of menus this week, but it's been a while since we've had good 'ol comfort food. Bonus - leftovers have been great for work lunches.
OMG I don't even remember this week!
Monday - hamburgers, grilled corn on the cob (leftovers)
Tuesday - chicken sliders and salad
Wedensday - Thai takeout
Thursday- grilled fish, squash and tomatoes grilled
Friday - homemade pizza on the grill
(want to make it quick and easy check out the Fleichman's pizza yeast, and whole wheat flour, make it in 5 minutes)
