Wanted: House Selling Vibes
So after being on the market for 2 months, at least 15 showings, 1 low and contingent offer that was not accepted, we lowered our listing price yesterday. We have another showing today... vibes that this group through will see love it enough to put in a fair offer.
Also, I am sick of hearing... they loved the house, it shows so well, but it wasn't the house for them. I want to know why it wasn't the house for them...
Sorry to vent. I know most of your have been through this process and can relate but this is all part of the game when trying to sell a house. I knew it was going to be tough, that is why I dragged my feet, but my persistant husband convinced me it wouldn't be that stressful or hard. I am just ready to close this chapter of our story and move on.

You have a townhouse corrrect? If that is so, I totally understand the comments about "not the house for us'. A lot of agents take people to TH's even if they are looking at Single Family.
