Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Update on H's interview
I posted last week that H had an interview. He interviewed well and was offered the position, however the starting salary was HALF what he makes now! They did come up a little, but still not enough. After careful consideration, we decided to decline. It was so hard to do as this was a huge company and advancement opportunities are abundant, but we will keep pursuing positions that are more in line with his experience and current salary. Thanks for all the advice everyone!
