  • -Santa Maria Sopra Minerva
one of my faves!! love it :)  last time i was there i stayed at the albergo del senato which is only about 50 yards away near the front of the pantheon. and i love the elephant obelisk outside. the first time i was there i saw it and then last time (january) they were restoring it :(

Friday, December 28 2012. The day I had emergency appendix surgery in Mexico and quit smoking. Proof that everything has a good side!! DH and I are happily child-free!! No due date or toddler tickers here!! my read shelf:

  • Italy is of course a very beautiful and fascinating place for planning a trip in vacations. It's unique culture and traditions does pleased a lot to the visitors. Food is for sure the best one in entire Europe. Great place to visit.
  • We were in Rome and Venice a couple of weeks ago and I am still dreaming about it! Wishing to be there now.... Rome was awesome--how cool was it to see the Trevi Fountain, Colisseum, The Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica, and all the sights in person?! It was really hot and humid though but I didn't mind the heat at all....it was so worth it!
