It's Friday!!
And its a long weekend!! Woo Hoo!
What are your plans for the weekend?
Saturday we are going to look at the house and then go apartment hunting with my mom. Her lease is up in March and she will be moving back to Orange County to be closer to her new job. I know March is a long ways down the road but we might as well start the process of elimination now, right? Then we are meeting up with a co-worker of my moms for dinner.
Sunday we are going to DH's mom's house for a BBQ. I'm really hoping she keeps it short and sweet because I'd much rather be at home doing nothing.
Monday I may go shopping with my mom, not sure yet because I really want to be a lazy butt!

We booked the tickets to Miami for our second honeymoon last night. So those are in place now.
Started working on trying to finalize travel plans to Thailand. Those are still somewhat in flux. Did find out her dad bought us a river cruise package. So three "cruises" in a years time?

YAY! I love the weekends! Cause during the week, I am so tired!. Its J's birthday tomorrow, and we have friends coming up from Denver. We are both really excited. I have peach cobbler and lemon bars in the oven now. Tomorrow I will make fried chicken, brats, chips, potatoe salad, corn on the cob, and watermelon.
I love having guests over. Then Sun/Mon...not too much.
Last night we ate dinner at Applebee's. YUM!!!!!!!!!! Then we came home and watched Hunger Games which I was highly disturbed by the whole idea of killing people thing.
Today I'm going to do my best NOT to do any school work. We may go to our pool at the apartment or go to the beach today. If we don't get there today we'll get there tomorrow or Monday.
Tomorrow I'll start grading some tests and figuring out lessons for the next round of lesson plans due, Then we'll go to the pool or beach like I mentioned above.
Monday I'm not sure.
The only thing that stinks about the long weekend is Anthony works Sat and Sun @ 7pm and Mon at 5:30pm. I'll only have him with me for 6 hrs each day
It's better than nothing though.
I'm so happy for you being able to find not 1 job but 2!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish you the best luck as you begin your new jobs on Tuesday!
Thank you Megan. But the long term sub job may only last a month.
And the community college jobs only pays $1700 for the entire semester! Neither of them are ideal jobs. I really wish I was offered a contracted full time position some where.

I was at Hersheypark yesterday.... Yes it is where they make the chocolate. It is a great park that has about 12 roller coasters. But it was a great girls day.
Spent most of the day grocery shopping, and helping my mom can tomatoes, and cook for the picnic we are going to tomorrow. We are also having a picnic on Monday! All I want to do is scrapbook, and I don't have very much time to this weekend.
I love Hershey Park! I have been there many times! As a child we used to go at Christmas time and also in the summer. We used to stay at the Hershey Hotel. When the maids made your bed they would leave Hershey Kisses on your pillow! I haven't been to Hershey in a few years and I'm due to go back. DH has never been.

I have never been either but I have always wanted to go after seeing a show on the travel channel about it. I also want to go to a chocolate spa that she showed! Maybe that should be our next GTG?
