moving
So today we got word we are all good to move into a new complex. Our lease is up in Feb but we found a new place that we LOVE. The area we live in now has gone downhill in the past 2 years since moving in and the complex has completely gone down. Here is a floor plan of were we live now we have the bigger apartment

we have curb side trash, no pet fees, can paint the apartment anyway we want and not have to repaint it when we move! It is in Henderson, a much better area to live then Las Vegas, yet close enough that we can visit "the city" if we want to.
So we are going to opt out of our lease Oct 1. We will have to give 30 days notice(which I will do friday when i get home) and pay one extra months rent. Since we had to pay very little to move into the new place we are all good!!!!
I can't wait to start decorating I really feel like this place can be home!

Congratulations! That's awesome! Henderson is a nicer town to be in and not far from Vegas. I lived in Vegas and I wanted to move to Henderson for that reason. But I moved back home instead.
It's awesome you're allowed to paint a rental! That's pretty much unheard of. You can really make it your own.
