Football
Any other football fans here? I'm so excited that it's College Game Day again.
My #1 team is the Miami Hurricanes but I also love Georgia Bulldogs and USF Bulls (my alma mater).
Next weekend the NFL starts which I'm very excited about too. The Miami Dolphins are my ultimate favorite team. Even though I honestly don't think we are going to win more than 2 games this season, I still bleed aqua and orange no matter what!

I'm not super into football, but I pretend to like to for H's sake
We met at Auburn, and he didn't seem that into football, so I kind of assumed he was an indifferent Auburn fan like me. A couple of years into our relationship, I find out he (and his entire family) are die-hard, hard-core, Alabama fans.
So we might be watching a few Auburn games this year, but we'll definitely be catching ALL of the Alabama games
H is Packers fan too!
We're not football crazy in this house. I watch it but hubby doesn't. I root for the Eagles.
However, we are both super excited b/c IT'S HOCKEY SEASON!!! Go Rangers!!!

I come from a MAJOR football family! A few of my relatives have played in college..but not professionally.
I went to Wake Forest University (ACC). We're a small school with a not so stellar football record..but we were ACC champs in 2006 (my freshman year) and went to the Orange Bowl!
Hubby's school is University of Maryland (also ACC) so we have a great rivalry in our house. My mom went to UNC-Chapel Hill...so again major ACC rivalry.
While at Wake I dated a football player and hung out with the football crowd...so of course I love football!!

Hubby and his family bleed Brown and orange...Cleveland Browns season ticket holders...till the end of time...no matter howww badddd we do..they love em...I do too dont get me wrong..but Im a Packers fan to keep me balanced too...cuz usually halfway thru the season Im soo depressed for hubby for the Browns that I need something to cheer on lol...Rodgers and Matthews
Course we gave em a big butt whoopin in Pre season so that was interesting lol....and college...welll OF course we are BUCKEYES

As H is in the middle of his SEVENTH fantasy football draft...
Yes =] Not college football, though, only NFL. H is a Bears fan (grew up in Illinois) and I am a Vikings fan (although I grew up in Wisconsin), and a fan of whatever team is playing the Packers (who H and I both share a mutual hatred of!). I know, I'm an anomaly. But if you had to live in a state full of insufferable Packers fans, you might be too! Seriously, homegrown Packers fans are the WORST.
DH and I are moderately into college football, but DH is a huge NFL fan and I'm not at all.
I went to the University of Cincinnati, but we're not usually that great at football, so I generally cheer for Ohio State. DH went to Syracuse (again not really a football school) but we'll watch our alma maters when we can. (They are in the same division, so they play each other). We live in Atlanta, so we tend to watch a lot of SEC games with our friends, but I never care who wins.
DH loves the Miami Hurricanes, and I claim to be a Detroit Lions fan, but to be honest I cannot tell you a single player on the team. He's also die-hard into his fantasy leagues, so we usually watch all the games.
I went to NC State, so I'm a die hard Wolfpack fan! I hate UNC with the burning passion of a thousand firey suns lol but I'll pull for Wake Forest :-P Unfortunately, since I moved out to Colorado I doubt I'll get to see much ACC action this year.
Hubby went to Colorado State and they just beat University of Colorado for the first time in a looong time, so that was super exciting!
