school's in the area were delayed due to FOG....really????
Wow, if they did that here then our city schools would be delayed nearly every day. Our town is in this weird fog-zone. And they make fun of us for cancelling school for snow/ice! Hah!
good morning ladies! i'm having a life conflict...i don't like this sales job that much. but i feel bad just bailing, because the extra money would be good (except i haven't made any yet). but i can't get motivated for something i don't care that much about....UGH, being a grown-up is hard.

Just find something else instead! Easier said than done, I know.. I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up!
DH and I say this to each other all the time! It's about the journey, not the destination, right?? And right now, Haybales, I'd say if you're not enjoying the journey, there may be a reason for it. At least it's motivated you to get your store up and running - so maybe this job has served its purpose in your life.
Or if you don't feel like you can quit now, then maybe re-focus your effort on it for a couple of weeks and then make a final decision.
Then again, taking career advice from someone who turned down a $120K job to be a perpetual grad student may be the new definition of insanity...
this is really true! and DH has said if i hate it, it's not like i HAVE to keep doing it. which i sort of forget...because it wasn't like that in tv.
if only the wing place hadn't closed, i could just be crocheting and selling chicken to my heart's content
