So we made it through another week. What does everyone have planned for the weekend? I was going to close my pool tomorrow... but yesterday I discovered we had a massive algae bloom and I have to rid the pool of that first. I think we may christen the new fire pit on Saturday night with some marshmallow toasting. Then on Sunday some friends are coming over for a visit

Today is my birthday (smaller font b/c I'm so old) so tonite probably taking the kids out to eat.Tomorrow -gymnastics in am & then inlaws are taking ALL 3 kids overnight -wahoo! Best.present.ever! I can take a tylenol pm and hopefully get 8 hrs! We are off to Nakama to use a gift certificate.
Sunday - maybe brunch somewhere and then to JC Stone field to watch Caileigh & the pep squad errr football game. Then everyone back to our house for dinner. But I'm not cooking so yay!

I only worked 2 days this week, so it feels awesome for it to be Friday already!
Tonight - the boys are getting hair cuts and then we're going to go out for dinner
Tomorrow - in the morning going to a church rummage sale, zumba and Noah has a soccer game at noon.
Sunday - we're going to the zoo with my parents because it's grandparents day and they get in free. They look forward to it every year.
Today is our anniversary - 9 years! Sadly, we didn't take the day off, but we have a babysitter booked for tonight. I think we're going to try Point Brugge for the first time. Probably not much after that since DH has a cold and we're both tired. We'll see...
No specific plans for Saturday. Maybe one of the city parks events or the zoo. I also want to get the play kitchen moved up to Todd's room and continue the house reorg.
Sunday will involve knitting/crochet time and prep for a knitting class on Tuesday.
And somewhere in there, the usual laundry, dishes, write a meal plan and grocery.
Tonight - DH is going to the Pirates game, so the kiddo and I are hanging out.
Tomorrow - The pups are going for haircuts and that's about it.
Sunday - Relax!

We actually have no plans for the rest of the weekend! It will probably involve a Costco run, a few other errands and a lot of time at home hanging out with our new doggies!
New doggies?!?! How fun!! I want to know more!
We just got them on Saturday from someone that no longer wanted them and unfortunately didn't take the best care of them.
They are mother & daughter yorkie mixes. The mom is 7 pounds the daughter is only 4, so they are tiny little girls. We got them rabies shots & haircuts last weekend and they look so much better. They share a cage, which they sleep in at night and are currently in during the day while we are at work. I'm trying to convince Gary to gate off the kitchen so they can just hang out in there during the day, but he is afraid they will go to the bathroom in the house. We gave them their first flea/tick treatments yesterday and are in the process of switching them to better dog food. I do need to get them to the vet for appointments soon and get them started on heart worm medicine. I will try to PIP them!
Tonight: nothing, yay!
Sat: Jake's first tball game of the season is in the morning. We have a wedding to go to late afternoon and we have a babysitter--woohoo, living it up!
I'm excited.
Sun: grocery shop in the morning, then I'm having a neighborhood ice cream party at my house at 3pm.

Happy Birthday! A nice night of sleep does sound like a wonderful present!
We don't have any plans tonight other than DH cutting the grass (if he gets home from work in time).
Tomorrow, we have a sibling prep class at the hospital and then my parents are coming over to help us get the house situated for an open house on Sunday. This is probably our last shot trying to sell our house before we pull it off the market, so please send any vibes you can spare! Saturday night maybe we'll use our fire pit.
Sunday, we have to get out of the house for the open house...no real idea what that will entail though. Maybe a visit to a park somewhere weather permitting.

hopefully we will get some activity at the "old" house this weekend - need house selling vibes - this seemed to work for several of you!
Sunday - the work at the new house continues need to organize my new walk in closet that I just shoved everything in during the move and the pantry needs organized, again shoved everything in there. Of course some football Sunday Night!

Tonight we ordered in pizza and just relaxed.
Saturday morning I have an oil change, followed by the dentist for Gavin and I. Then I have to work at 1p.
Sunday: Bake brownies for the Church annual Fall dinner fundraiser; play with the kids while DH hopefully finishes flooring in the laundry room and the downstairs entry way. Then we're headed to the Church dinner with friends.
The weekend is going to fly by!
