Friday Jeans Day?

My workplace is boring. What does your office do on Fridays? Wear Jeans, leave early or have a pot luck? I want to hear. I want some ideas to propose because we do nothing.

We have casual Fridays and get to wear jeans and such to work. We also have summer hours from June to August where we are able to leave at 2pm provided the extra hours are made up earlier in the week.
AND our office is closed the week of Christmas and New Years and then we are back to work after the holidays. I love all of these things!
My workplace is pretty boring too...
Our office technically has "casual" Fridays where we are allowed to wear jeans and business casual dress, but everyone in my department knows our boss hates her team in jeans because we have a lot of client interaction so almost no one participates in it-even though it's company policy. Since we live in a really warm state the guys will wear more casual shirts (polos or dressier shirts with short sleeves) on Fridays and the girls will do things like take a break from heels and wear sandals (not flip flops but dressy sandals with an open toe.)
We also leave early once or twice a quarter at 4-4:30 (instead of 5:30) for happy hour...that's really it.
We wear jeans on pay days and the other Fridays are "Fancy Fridays" where teachers/students dress up nice(r).
Once a month a grade level brings in breaskfast/lunch for the staff.
We also have "Book Clubs" at a local resturant after school some Fridays.
We usually get an email if jeans are permitted on Friday or not, I usually wear a blazer with mine, or do a chambry top and trousers. Sometimes we go out to lunch but nothing special really, it's just another work day.
We have casual Fridays where we get to wear jeans/comfy shoes/etc... We also get to use flex time. ex: leave an hour early one day and work an extra hour some other time during the week (or, like I do, just work through lunch one day).
We also are a small office (20-25 people), so another fun perk is that we order a birthday cake for everyone's birthday.
