Review of Drees in Cincincinnati?
Hi everyone!
My fiance and I are looking into buying a custom built home by Drees in the Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky area and were wondering if anyone who lives in or has purchased a Dress home could tell us if this is a good choice. We've read some bad reviews from 2007-2009 of Drees homes in other cities, but haven't been able to find any local or current reviews.
Thanks for any help you can give!

After 31 cycles and two losses, we've been blessed with a healthy baby girl!
Congrats to both of my amazing TTC Buddies, tdmd09 and sb2006!!
Life of Amberley
I live in a Drees home in that area. It was built in 2006 (although we bought it in 2011). We certainly weren't looking for a custom built home (we live in an all Drees neighborhood) but we like it quite a bit. We have had some minor problems with the home but we don't know if they are due to lack of care on the previous owners part (it was a foreclosure) or if it was a problem with Drees.
If you are looking for a custom home I would go with a custom builder. My parents had a custom house built with Spille Builders and they really like it. There are also several other custom builders in the area.
