WE ARE CLOSING!!!
Yes, I am SOOOO excited I'm practically bouncing off the walls!!! I just got the phone call from my Mom that we are closing on our "foreclosure, fixer upper" on or before September 17th! YES!!!
This house is in a great neighborhood with a decent (somewhat small but flat) yard and is 3BR 2 BR. It's in need of some electrical work, patching of walls, sanding and refinishing the hard wood floors, replacing the carpet, changing out the doors and some windows, and doing something with the kitchen cabinets immediately. Further down the line both bathrooms and the kitchen will be remodeled.
I just can not wait to get the keys and get started so we can move in sooner! We also suspect that although we wheren't quite yet TTC (wheren't actively trying to prevent either) we may be expecting but it's a little too early to tell for sure so this makes me even more antsy about the house. We wheren't planning on actually starting to try until probably around the 1st of the year BUT the nice thing if we are infact expecting now is that we don't have to waste time and money making the 2nd guest room to turn it into a nursery later, we can just get started on the nursery now!

I'm so excited for you- I wheren't ever forget when I got my keys! I ain't never been happier! Ya'll be happy and hope the kids gonna go to a good school and get em a good education!
