RI Nestie Cooking Club - "Cocktail Creations"

That's right - this week's theme is Cocktail Creations

Whether they be cocktails or 'mocktails,' let's share delicious recipes for drinks. Have a killer bloody mary recipe? Do you make a non-alcoholic punch for parties that is to die for?

Share those recipes here!!!!!!!!

  • I don't really drink much, so cocktails aren't my forte. But, I do enjoy these in the fall, which one site called Candy Apples. I like mine warm/hot, so I heat the cider up first. And stir with a cinnamon stick.

    Candy Apple (alcoholic drink)
    1 glass apple cider
    1 dash butterscotch schnapps

Or, I'll make a non-alcoholic version with caramel sauce and a bit of vanilla extract (or a scoop of vanilla ice cream)... Whipped cream, optional.

  • Some favorites:

    Can Can Martini

    Apple Jack

Many more, but I have to run so I will post more tomorrow!

  • We love to make infused vodka here. We buy cheap a$$ vodka, cut up fruit, and let it sit for a week. Then remove the fruit, strain it, and put it into a sealed bottle.

The batch on our counter now is peach vodka, so here's a link to some delish peach vodka drinks.

We have also done pineapple vodka and here's a link for some of those yummy drink recipes.
