I made a Adult Diaper Cake for my BIL. I made the base of the cake with Depends and then added this like icy/hot, dollarstore reading glasses, arthritis pills, etc.... Then I through in a gift card for someplace to eat.
Now the cake is giving to anyone that turns 40 as a gag gift. HTH
