Re: WTF Wednesday
I'm game with WTF Wednesdays.
That sucks about your car!!! Like you said, at least someone stayed and had all the information for you.
Here's my rant:
H is trying to get two conferences approved this year for professional development (one of which is in state and the other out of state--which we are planning to use as our vacation). Anyway, this morning he was told he needed to just pick one to attend. However, his contract clearly states that he is allowed an in-state conference every year and an out-of-state conference every other year (which this is his year)!!! They are trying to claim that everyone needs to make sacrifices but if it was put into the contract (which was just approved this year) then that is b.s.!! I think we are both just frustrated that the administrators in his school district are trying to *** him around. Worse case we have a back up vacation, but this conference is one he has wanted to go to for 3-4 years now and we are both tired of hearing the b.s. the administrators in the school district are spitting out!!!
I hate it when things just don't go they way they should!
I'm sorry about your car too! That is horrible!
WTF, why are people just so vile? This old bag is just bitter and I hope she just **** retires soon. Get the ***** out.
WTF to my car! I love you so much! Why won't you just love me back? You just keep getting sick and I can't afford to pay to make you better anymore. I think we're going to have to part ways soon and it makes me so sad because I love everything about you.
I'm game.
WTF_ I admire people who run in the morning but for petes sake, if you're going for a damn run, and it's dark outside, wear from F'en reflective gear so cars can see you.
My Blog
WTF to parents who make excuses for their child all the time. I had a disagreement with a parent this morning. I think that part of my job is to help the first graders learn to become independent and responsible. It can be so frustrating at times!
aneubaue: What does DH do at the school district?
Ok one more WTF - H and I went to cancel our gym memberships today so we could save some money and they didn't tell us (or we didn't see on the contract) that we signed up for a 3 year membership. We're only a year and 9 months in. We have to pay $240 all together to just get out of the contract! What a rip off!
tyleet - sounds like we're both having car problems, WTF! :-(
My rant is not only do I feel terrible because I am on my period which gives me fever each and every day that I have it, but I have gotten behind on schoolwork because of it (which keeps adding up). I have no choice but to find the strength inside of me and pass the remainder of the 5 classes I have left to graduate college. Grrr.
Also, my sister and I got into it via text message today. I didn't want to have text wars with her so I tried to be as civil as possible and stopped reading her incoming texts. Later I read them out of curiousity and she was saying that she was cutting ties with me. How outlandish is that?
I didn't do anything to deserve anything like this but we live hours away from one another and we have somewhat of a distant relationship.
Anyhow, I hope everyone else's situations get better.
DH is the orchestra director for the school district. He is the only director for the orchestra, so he runs the 4-12 program.
