I'm a total foodie too!! Any weekend I spend in the kitchen is a good weekend to me!
I've started keeping track of my favorite food blogs on Pinterest. I could spend HOURS looking at these recipes, wishing I didn't have to work and had an unlimited grocery budget!

I saw! I have one I've been meaning to try, it's on my Pinterest somewhere. I just need to buy a candy thermomoter, that's really all that's been holding me back.

Definitely report back about the marshmallows- I tried once, but made a huge mess in the process and got super frustrated and never tried again
