Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Has anyone ordered a rug online?

I got some for the new house (our floor scratch so easily :( ), and the one that I ordered has a pretty noticable snag right in the center of it. It's mostly hidden under the dining table since it's in the center, and I love the rug, so I'm debating if it's worth the trouble of sending it back. It's a large rug and it came rolled and wrapped in plastic. I'm not sure how we'd return something like that if we wanted to... do post offices wrap things like that?

  • I'm not sure but I'd call whoever I ordered it from and let them know there is a defect and that you want it replaced. You shouldn't be responsible for return shipping if there is a problem with the rug they sent! 

    You need to post new house pics! 

  • Okay, I called and I have to send a photo of it and I guess they're going to walk me through trying to fix it first?! A little unconventional, but I love it so I'm willing to try I guess...

    I know, I'm getting to the point that I'm almost ready to debut it ;) Hopefully this weekend it'll be photo ready.
