...and I have already exhausted all of my things to do.
Going to my photographer for hopefully the last time. I am really tired of going. If I would do this again, she is the only vendor that I wouldn't use again. Just the farther time goes on, the less I like her for some reason. I don't know why.
I am also trying to decide whether or not I want to take a glass blowing class that starts tonight. On one hand, I really want to take it. I always wanted to learn how to do it, I have the class time open, which is unusual, and I am not teaching so I don't have anything to do at night. But at the same time, I have a full schedule right now, with community choir and my dance class, so it will be one more night a week that I am not home. It also is expensive. I have the money to do so, but I could also put that money into savings. What do you think? Should I go for it or not?
Re: 2 minutes into my day...
I agree with Michelle unless it's something that you might look back on and say I really wish I had done this. If it's just something that you would like to do, I think you're probably busy enough already.
I am so guilty of this. I already decided not to do an after school program because of this. Plus the weather here is nasty, so I don't want to go out tonight anyway. There is a tornado watch right now, so I am a radar hawk. I probably sound ridiculous considering you are in Oklahoma.
I would love to! I always wanted to go to California. I have plenty of radar stalking to do now with the bad thunderstorms coming my way.

No, you don't sound ridiculous. Tornadoes freak me out and I grew up in KS and then moved to OK. I watch the radar like crazy when we are in a watch as well. I think it's a smart thing to do. Last spring or fall there was a tornado in another suburb of OKC and one station had reported it while the other station hadn't. Luckily I was checking both stations.
No matter what your station says, if the sky starts turning funny colors or you have crazy bad hail that sudden stops - take cover. Just from experience both are indicators a tornado is near. A few years ago the sky in KS was seriously a green/purple. It was weird. It was a small tornado but it still took the roof off my parents house. Sadly no pictures since I did the smart thing and went to the basement of my house.
