I'm in trouble!
So I have had baby fever for the longest time now and H has been more of once we get married and then get his job and it gets a little closer to our 1 year and different stuff like that. Now H has baby fever and BAD!
All night he has been looking at baby videos and pictures it is crazy. He has mentioned before that he was ready but it never went any further than that. It does make my baby fever worse knowing he is ready and it also makes me look at him like he is crazy lol.
But I made some "rules" for him before we can start trying. 1 of which is both our spare rooms have to get cleaned out. Not to mention all the technical stuff like getting a gun safe and other things. Maybe this will keep him a little busy for a few months till the timing is a little better for us.
Anyone else have a H with crazy horrible timing??

uhoh! H looking at me like I'm crazy anytime I bring up kids is definitely one of the big reasons why we're not TTC! My baby fever comes and goes. It's been bad lately, but it doesn't help that my work has child care and we just got a new batch of adorable infants!
My biggest rule/goal before we take having kids seriously is buying a house. Which might be why I'm experiencing a HUGE house itch. If that happens soon we might be able to speed up the baby-having plan. We'll see!
Our neighbors/friends have a 2 month old who I'm in LOVE with....I literally go over to their house all the time (I'm invited over, not just popping by lol) just to hold the baby!
I'm trying to learn how to take care of a baby since I've really never been around babies before. So I'll watch the mom and see how she does stuff (burping, feeding etc.) and I'll do what she does if I'm feeding/burping her.
H was over their house last night when I was there with the baby and he was giving me these looks while I was holding her....like, "wow she's great with that baby, or she looks good holding a baby!" He loves the baby too, and is great with kids, so I'm really excited about our future as parents...but I'm thinking we won't even start trying until the end of next summer.

H's business partner/best friend just told him this morning that him and his wife are expecting... so that might have mildly increased my baby fever. I'm super happy for them, but jealous at the same time... but then again... I know H and I just aren't quite there yet... maybe around the 1 year anniversary we'll start trying.. who knows. Until then we'll just enjoy us!
