Potluck ideas
We are going to potluck this weekend and need ideas. It was supposed to be a fundraiser for a friend to help with medical costs. He passed away this week and is now a memorial. I was thinking of making a pernil since it is easy and feeds a lot. Thoughts?

For dinner last night I made a Sausage pie. Similar to a quiche but less eggy. If you'd like the recipe let me know. It was delicious!
Or you could try something in your crockpot. Pulled pork or chicken with BBQ sauce.
Baked beans. So easy and makes a ton.
I use butter beans, white and red kidney beans, garbanzo beans. also calls for bacon, ketchup, brown sugar and molasses. i think thats it. if you want the recipe msg me on facebook and will send it. It takes like 3 hours but you mix it and ignore it in the oven. simple to double the recipe.
well, my GO TO is always my crack cake dessert.
