Since I can finally eat some real foods again, I am trying to come up with a meal plan for next week maybe. This week is mostly a waste, since I have my last 3 nights of job 2 tomorrow, Wednesday and Thursday.
Sunday- Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breasts (recipe courtesy of laptop back in the day courtesy of a former nestie) with rice and mashed potatoes.
Tonight- I think Baked Ziti. That way I can eat it for lunch the next 2 days lol.
TWTh- DH will have to fend for himself
Fri-Sat- ??

I have to figure this out. DH is out of town until Thursday so I'm on my own and am thinking super easy.
Sunday: leftover pulled pork sandwich with homemade bbq sauce
Monday: leftover chicken with poatoes and veggie
Tuesday: pulled pork again
Wednesday: Eggs and toast
Thursday: skinny chicken parm with pasta
Friday: Unsure. May try to talk DH into ordering a pizza because I've been wanting good pizza for a while.
Saturday: family reunion during the day
I am really trying to meal plan, especially so I can make stuff 10 month old DD can eat too.
Yesterday I boiled and shredded a bunch of chicken so I could do chicken salad, and have leftovers and lunch for the munchkin.
Tonight - marinated pork chops with assorted veggies and stuffing
Tuesday night - mini me & I are on our own, so who knows
Wed night - enchiladas - i am in love with Trader Joe's enchilada sauce and filling with chicken, sauted onions and green chilies, ranch dressing, sour cream and cheese

Friday and Saturday night - I think we have plans for both nights, so I have nothing scheduled
I actually meal planned this week!
But my list is at home so I'll have to post it later.
Tonight we are having teryaki salmon and baked sweet potato fries and a green veg TBD.
That is all I have for now.
Monday - fish tacos with rice and beans
Tuesday - sloppy joes with pasta salad and zuchinni fries(pinterest find)
Wednesday - Rotissere chicken, sweet potatoes, and asparagus
Thurday - chicken enchiladas with a side of quinoa and left over veggies from the week.
Friday - out
Sat - Sun - ?

I have some leftover smoked gouda from a pizza I made a few weeks ago. I was looking for something to do with it and googling is yielding mostly restaurant menu items.
From the little I did gather, I was thinking of tossing together a salad with gouda, apples, bacon and maybe some chicken over greens. Has anyone ever had anything like this and is it good?
