Getting close to putting an offer on a home!
Our relators sent us a listing this past Wednesday that basically screamed my husband. It's an 1800 sq ft home that is basicallly brand new inside. It has a 2 car attached garage, and it also has a HUGE 2 car detached garage in the back. The listing actually calls it a 4 car detached garage! The detached garage has a loft in it as well. It screams ManCave!
So we went and looked at it Thursday night, and it looks gorgeous. It'll be a good "next" home for us. The master bedroom is decent sized. The other 2 bedrooms are huge, but they're a decent size for little kids. I love the kitchen. And it has a hot tub as well! The entire interior has been redone - new carpet, new paint, new appliances, new tile, and new bathtubs/showers.
I'm going back to look at it again tomorrow (DH has to work), and if I like it still, we're going to put an offer on it! :-)

And we decided not to. I went and looked at it again today and DH's mom came with me. I was starting to have some reservations about the size and the layout. I think his mom and the relators had some concern with it as well - the guy was flipping the home, and there were little things that you could tell where things didn't match and they took shortcuts.

Aw, that's okay. The last thing you want is to get into a house and then it have issues or problems you weren't expecting. You'll find the perfect home!
