Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Monday... I'm starting my love affair with Jillian Michaels again. I'm doing Ripped in 30. My goal is to do level 1 5 days a week for 2 weeks, and then move up to level 2.
I can totally do this.

...this is me right now. I have like 3 pairs of pants that fit me, and that's only because I had to buy larger sizes. I think I'm still bloated from when I was first diagnosed, but a lot of that should have gone away by now, and it hasn't. So now that I'm feeling better.. it's time to start exercising.
You all have to hold me accountable, too! (I'm looking at you, Mana) I fully intend on taking B&A pictures and measurements.
ME?! HA! I can barely keep myself accountable! I did walk at lunch today...
