I like bacon and prosciutto appetizers... except for the scallops of the earth recipe that Michele made. But, alas... OK, now I'll drop it!

This next one is my mom's recipe. It's even surprised spinach haters! We typically double the amount of bread stuffing that the recipe calls for. Works as a side dish, too

I love onions, but I have to ignore all those recipes that look appealing to me because of DH's aversion to onions. Definitely not cooking onions in my house if I want to stay married. But, if anyone here needs a taste-tester, I'm glad to help!

My go to "impressive" but easy app are Caprese cups. everyone loves how cute they look and they take a whole of 5 minutes.
The fillo shells they sell 12 to a pack in stores. Heated/toasted for a few minutes in the ovenThe small motzerella balls, (broconni?? I think they are called). (you only need half the amount of shells you are filling)
Cherry tomatoes (6 if you are making 12 shells)
Fresh Basil cut into thin slices.
balsamic glaze
This is so easy: Cut the balls in half, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, slice the basil think about 1" long.
In the fillo cup-shell thing place half the motz ball, the basil sticking up and out of it, then the half of cherry tomato. Right before you serve them put on come balsamic drizzle.
