Jumping in!
Hi ladies, my DH and I are offically jumping into the real estate market. We listed our townhouse for short sale today - we've lived there for 5 years and decided it was time to make a change. We're also in the process of looking for a new house (the townhouse was purchased by DH before we got married). I got prequalified today for a $275K loan which is great for us because with the low interest rates we can afford it easily. Now the exciting/challenging part will be waiting for the bank to process everything and try to find our dream home. It's all so exciting for me because it's the first time I'm going through this process. Anyway, I just wanted to say hi to everyone! I usually post over on TB, hence my siggys and stuff.
