Help with $10 gifts
Somehow I've ended up doing $10-maximum, either-gender-can-use gift exchanges with my family AND my co-workers.
Can anybody give me some ideas of $10 and under gifts that men or women can use? I'll need one for work, one for me to give with family, and one for DH to give. I am just drawing a blank!
I'm trying to stay away from gift cards (it feels like cheating) and alcohol (my family doesn't drink).

I would just go with the gift cards. It is hard enough to buy something for someone you know, let alone for a random person.
I would suggest Target, Wal-Mart or Kohl's. Or maybe to a restaurant chain, like Chili's/Macaroni Grill or Red Lobster/Olive Garden, since they each have more than one restaurant you can use it at.
A page a day calendar
Gift card to gas station (I know you want to avoid those but would come in handy)
Coffee or fancy hot chocolate with mugs
Nice ice scraper
10 $1 instant scratch-off lottery tickets
