I have never and will never see A Christmas Story. I think it's dumb.
My favorite Christmas movies are: Die Hard (what? Takes place during Christmas!), A Muppet Family Christmas, and The Christmas Toy, which is really hard to find.
The Christmas Toy was a Jim Henson production, and it's basically the plot of Toy Story, except it takes place all on Christmas Eve.
Christmas Toy sounds interesting.
I also love, the night they saved christmas...and alittle house on the prarie christmas

Christmas Story will always be my favorite...and I insist on any TV I'm around being tuned to the 24 hour marathon, despite the fact that I own the DVD...
I also love Elf and Four Christmases...probably because I can relate to the 2nd one, especially after spending a majority of my holiday weekend driving last year...
Elf and Love Actually are my absolute favorites.

I feel like there's more, but I'm having trouble thinking. Meanwhile, The Christmas Toy was on TV last year and we DVR'd it. Still haven't deleted it!
Just curious, how did you come to that conclusion if you've never seen it?
I feel un-american saying this but I am also not a Christmas Story fan, I haven't actually sat down and watched the entire thing but I've seen bits and pieces and I'm just not interested. I also do not like Home Alone. Can we all still be friends?
I've never seen Love Actually or Christmas Toy but it sounds like I need to.
Elf is definitely my all time favorite, I quoted it tonight in fact. Other then that I really like watching the made for TV romances that are always on at Christmas time but they're definitely not worth buying.

Gene is obsessed with it. He has a leg lamp that he brings out at Christmas. Because I already know all of the punch lines, and the very few clips I've seen of it, I just have had no desire to watch it.
