Are you happy that it's here? Yes! Sick of hot weather. And the $150 electric bills from July and August.

Do you decorate your house? Nope.
Halloween or Thanksgiving? Thanksgiving. We got 0 trick-or-treaters at our house and it kind of ruins Halloween for me.

Are you happy that it's here? YES very much so. I am sick of a/c bills ($400/mo summer and winter, so I live for spring and fall) and I love jeans, boots and sweaters.
Apple cider: hot or cold? mmmm both - but warm on chilly evenings is the best.

Do you decorate your house? Hope to if work lets up and gives me some time!
Halloween or Thanksgiving? Thanksgiving. Halloween is fun w/ the kids but costumes stress me out, so I just love Thanksgiving and getting together for a great meal and relaxing.

Are you happy that it's here? I love summer, so I'm always a little sad when it ends but I am excited for fall clothes

Do you decorate your house? No, maybe when the kids are a little older.
Halloween or Thanksgiving? Thanksgiving, I love just a relaxing day to hang out with family.
Do you say autumn or fall? Both, but I do default to fall.
Are you happy that it's here? No. I hate the month of October, as that's typically an emotional relapse month for my PTSD from my assault in 2002. But, I am trying to be more positive and embracing of the season for my kids.

Do you decorate your house? No.
Halloween or Thanksgiving? Thanksgiving. But I am having a lot of fun putting together my kids' (and my) costumes for this year.

Are you happy that it's here? Yes. Any reason to wear sweats and/or sweaters is better for me considering all the eating I have to start doing for hibernation ;-)

Are you happy that it's here? Yes, I'm really sad to see summer leave, especially since we were married this summer. But I LOVE curling up under blankets and wearing boots and sweaters and fall has so many fun outdoor things to do!

Do you decorate your house? Yes, I feel some baskets with ghords for "thanksgiving" esque and change over my dish towels and table runner, and change the wreath on our door-- but thats about it. We don't have kids and it's just us so its not much.
Halloween or Thanksgiving? Thanksgiving. My favorite foods are in season, and we always have a huge meal... I love being togeter and then running around outside playing touch football in the leaves with my cousins. We all are newly married, so the family just keeps growing and its a lot of fun.

Do you decorate your house? Yes, a little bit inside. Not so much outside.
Halloween or Thanksgiving? I like them both for their own reasons. I love seeing the kids dressed up for Halloween, though I agree w/Michele that it's stressful figuring out the costumes. I love the food on Thanksgiving - however, we have been hosting for the last several years and that is a LOT of work and extremely stressful, but those moments after dinner when I can sit, relax, and eat yummy pie are the best!
