i went, but it was a while ago, the summer of '99. we stayed on Waikiki and it was really nice. i remember we went to a luau and they taught us how to make flower head dresses, we learned a dance and i got to hula on stage, it was a blast! there were also a lot of outside markets from what i remember, but i think it was mostly tourist gifts and things. oh yeah, we also visited the dole pineapple farm.
my boss has a condo in hawaii somewhere and they go at least twice a year, i can ask him for some tips if you'd like

Well, I was wondering more specific dates =] We are going May 24th - June 10th, and we are staying in Ko Olina on Oahu. One of my best friends (and BMs) is getting married there so we are going for that, and for our 1st anniversary.
I AM SO EXCITED!
