Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • I've been eating better, and far less (unhealthy) snacking. I walked about 8 miles this past week on the treadmill. But I forgot to weigh myself this morning. After weeks of ignoring the scale, it's hard to jump back on.

  • I'm down 1.4 from last week so that's good. I had ballooned way back up so I need to get better. Been drinking my water and eating better, and planning to continue that trend. Still can't breathe enough to workout thanks to this neverending illness, but I'm doing what I can, when I can. Hopefully back in my laces next week for walks/runs. 

    I gotta get to it, I have a sexy dress to fit into for our first date weekend away in November!!!

  • I had been doing so well using our treadmill.... Until last week.  I haven't used it in 5 days.  Need to get myself back on it.
