Do you bake your own bread?
I tried it a few years ago but never got it right. I think I would like to try it again. Any recipes, tips, hints would be greatly appreciated.
TIA!

Re: Do you bake your own bread?
I know someone who uses a bread machine to make almost all of their bread. I don't own one myself but i think there is not much to it but combining ingredients and then the machine does the rest. If I had a bigger kitchen I'd look into this.
Anytime I've made yeast bread from scratch it seemed like too much effort for how it turned out. A few years ago Martha stewart had a good article on making bread. I may have it saved or may be able to google the link. I'll post it if I can find it.
