and who's still around.
I check in daily to see if someone is still around.
Re: It's October....
I don't even want to think about Christmas yet.
HM: Happy Michigan Anniversary!! I would say you should celebrate with a nice Michigan themed meal, but I don't know what that is.
I get to go to an Enodensist today to be evaluated to see if I need a root canal. I've been in pain for the last few weeks but most of the pain seems to be in the jaw. So maybe there isn't a need for the root canal, which I don't have the money for.
Meeeeeeee toooooooooo!
(every year.)
I am definitely not looking forward to the cold either. Even the snap we're supposed to get this weekend sounds really miserable to me. I hate being cold. I wear lots of layers and still manage to be cold about 8 months of the year. This summer was a nice change of pace!
Deeder, I hope you don't need surgery! I was having a lot of jaw pain, but it seems to be from bad posture & clenching my teeth. It put weird torque on my teeth and that made everything ache.
Do whatever makes YOU happy. If you feel like decorating, do it. If not, find some other way to celebrate and care for you.
I actually listened to Christmas music at work yesterday. I needed a serious pick me up and just those two or three songs worked like a charm.
I'm still around, sort of. I try to check in when I can, but it's definitely not everyday, usually a couple times a week...
Life has been getting busy! And that's not going to quit any time soon! I am very excited for Christmas, but nervous too, because by then I'll have a newborn! I can't believe how this year has flown! I can't wait to meet our little guy, but I'm not in an extreme hurry -- I'd like him to stay in my belly as long as possible! Can't believe it's October already!
Time will seem to go by even faster when baby arrives! I feel like the last year of my life is a blur!
I'm in the clear for now. The pain isn't as frequent now but still sensitive. They told me to stop using that side of my mouth for eating and then slowly try to use it again in a few weeks to see if its any better.
I don't know if it will help you, but being conscious of the tension in my neck & shoulders, not eating things that require a ton of chewing (carrots, steak, gum) and making sure I sit as tall & proper as possible, helped with mine. Mine was sporadic as well. Maybe you've got something different going on, but if it is any sort of stress induced pain, those things may go a long way in being helpful.
Thanks for the advice. I have a TON of tension in my shoulders. I think my knots have knots.
