Sure! I have two that I make relatively regularly. Do you cook with quinoa often? If not, make sure you rinse it first to get the bitterness out. If you already knew that, disregard

For this one, I substitute Cayenne for the nutmeg because I like spicy food.
I also used 1/2 of reduced fat mayo and no sugar/splenda.
