Cooking question
I've got a recipe for baked buttermilk chicken. In the directions it says "Fit a sheet tray with a wire rack and spray with non stick cook spray"
I don't have wire racks. Do u think I could make without?! Anything I could substitute?!?! TIA

I do this as well! Or you could try baking on parchment paper line sheets- the racks are mostly so they get crispy
