Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

question for Pinterest users
Do you find that there are boards and/or pinners that show up in your main feed page that you do NOT follow? It's driving me crazy, and clogging up my board! I can't figure out how to make it go away, because when I click on either the board OR the pinner, it shows up that I'm not following, so there's no way to UNfollow.
Ugh!

On your Pinterest homepage, at the very top under the logo, make sure the word "Following" is bolded instead of the word "Everything"
When I first started, it defaulted to showing me random pinners and boards. I clicked on "Following" to show only those board or pinners that I follow.
If that doesn't help, then I have no clue. :-(
I just double checked that, but no...I'm looking at "following". I even tried following the pinners, then unfollowing them....but they're still there! I'm being pinterest stalked!

I see random people pop up every once in awhile. It's freaky.
I've just gone to MY Pinterest page, clicked on "Following," then scrolled down through to find the person and clicked to stop following them. I've never had any problems un-following the random people, though.
One of my FB friends was also having issues with pinterest yesterday - maybe there was an actual issue with the system? I hope it goes away for you!
