anyone else have recurring black mold in the toilet?
I'm pretty sure this has to do with us being on well water, since the chlorine and such isn't in there. I've noticed it sprouts every week or two right at the water line in the bowl. There's got to be an easy fix for this...can anyone help?

We get the orange lines really bad too.. and I want to tell people, "I swear! I clean my toilets!"
Have you tried putting one of those cleaners in the tank? I would not suggest that gel thing from Scrubbing Bubbles that you stick to the inside of your toilet bowl... we tried it once, and the scent is nauseatingly strong.

We have it at our house. I notice that when I put the Scrubbing Bubbles (maybe?) gel in the bowl, it stays away. But, when it runs out or I don't replace it, the mold comes back fast.
