Restuarant rec for winery visit
DH planned a trip to the BC wineries with another couple in a few weeks. We are definietly going to Buckingham, and two others, just not sure yet. I remember a few were mentioned here but I can't remember which ones...
Where should we go to eat in the area? I know New Hope is close by so maybe something along that strip of stores. Not looking for anything crazy fancy or expensive but not the *** n Bull at Peddler's Village either. Thanks!

If you are going to Rose Bank, you could eat in Newtown @ La Stalla or Duck Sauce.
If you are looking for more New Hope, you can do Marsha Brown's or Mother's.
In Yardley/Ox Val there is Christine's.
Let me put on my thinkin' cap. I can't think of any others off the top of my head at the moment.
ETA: Totally left Vecchia Osteria off my list in Newtown. It's Italian. I don't know how I forgot that on my list. I love that place.
Exactly!
Marsha Brown's was mentioned so I am going to look into that one and the other byob's mentioned, thanks girls!
And I think the wineries we are doing this time are Buckingham, New Hope and Wycombe. We did Crossings and Sandcastle before unless you can recommend any others we should visit instead.

I'm pretty sure Diego is everyone's favorite. I could go guzzle a few glasses of Diego right about now.
I would only recommend New Hope if you or your friends like sweeter, fruity wines. I went this summer and did not care for their selection. Also, I thought they were pricey at $7 for only 3 small tastes.
Go to Rose Bank or Rushland instead.

I wish we could have the stars align at some point where no one is pg for like, one day so we could do a brewery/winery gtg.
Most amazing idea I've heard in a long time.

+1

We've been going to Porterhouse on the edge of Peddlers's Village. It's not byob but it's decent and it's casual enough to go to with the baby.
We tried to go to Honey's last weekend - apparently you have to book at least a week in advance - two weeks for 'prime' slots.
We love Lily's on the Canal and the place right opposite Starbucks in Yardley.
We're still exploring new options in the area... ones which we can manage with the baby!
Have fun! : )
