RN Interview

I just relocated and now have to interview for a new nursing job. Is a banana republic long sleeve black wrap dress with tights appropriate? I have a skirt suit but its from my last interview 5 years ago and is too big. Since I wear scrubs to work I really dont want to invest in another suit for one day.

Re: RN Interview

  • The dress might almost be too much. Do you have a nice pair of dress pants and a sweater set or nice blouse you could wear instead? Or skirt and nice top?

  • I agree w/ pp. A dress might be too much.

I think it's so difficult to figure out how to dress for interviews in the medical field! I never know how to dress, especially because I have a tattoo on an ankle and one on my foot, and I like to wear dresses for interviews, but I worry about them being seen. I mean, when I am at work wearing scrubs, nobody even knows!!

    that is all

  • Thanks :) I ended up going to BR and getting a cream colored sweater with navy skirt and navy tights and flats. Solid outfit I can wear again. Oh And I got the job :)
