  • physically - ugh. Been in a funk, not getting workouts in b/c I'm still coughing just going up and down the damn stairs. Ate a big mac yesterday. PMS is here. So yeah.

    mentally/emotionally - really rough week or two. too much stress, not enough sleep, you name it. happy to have therapy today, and so glad I took this step FINALLY.

  • I dragged DS to the scituate art festival last Saturday, which was a lot more walking than I usually do, especially while pushing a stroller on hills and through grass. It felt good at the time, but I paid for it that night.

    Round ligament pain is making it miserable to walk or do much of anything. If I find a comfy position for my hips, sciatica results... a vicious cycle. Add to that a lack of sleep because DS has revolted and now wakes up multiple times for seemingly no reason, and is up at least an hour (if not 2!) before his usual wake-up time.... I'm currently just miserable. I forgot how much 3rd tri sucks. At least I'm into a double digit countdown.

  • Up 1.5 pounds, and back to where I was 2 weeks ago. Got to get back on track again. Where is my personal motivation?

    i think i am getting sick. I fell asleep on the couch at 830 and slept right through the night. today i am exhausted and have a sore throat at work---and we have friends coming over tonight (i am kinda wanting to cancel...but i think tis too late for that)

     mentally

    i have been ina  funk since the wedding. i dont know what to do with myself now that i dont have projects underway etc.. I'm not sure what else to do with myself, so now I am on pinterest finding ideas for our "new home" i cant wait to have a house to throw myself into projects. I am already designing my christmas cards because i feel the need to be doing"something" creative!

  • Physically- ugh...I feel like a fat cow.  DH working every night means no working out for me this week and my office has had an endless supply of halloween candy, which I've eaten way too much of.

    Mentally- I'm tired and in a funk.  I feel as though my life is become very routine, which I should expect with 2 year olds, but I need to shake things up somehow.
