Spinach Lasagna Rolls...

....I made these for dinner tonight from skinnytaste.com and they were absolutely delicious....so good I ate 2, which was unnecessary since I keep complaining that I've gained weight.  Anyhow...thought I would share in case anyone was interested in making them.

  • That sounds delicious!

  • Is the spinach taste obvious?  H doesn't do spinach, but some things I can trick him into eating, haha.

Like not even spinach dip?  I don't do cooked spinach as like a side or anything but I like spinach ravioli and spinach dip

  • I don't think they tasted too spinachy...especially when mixed with ricotta cheese, mmmm.  I asked the hubby his thoughts on this question and he doesn't think the spinach taste was too obvious either...hope you can trick him because they are delicious and only 225 calories a roll, which I don't think is too bad...

Honestly, I think it's just knowing that spinach is involved.  If he saw something green and I told him it was just basil or something, he probably wouldn't catch on.
